Dead Sea Spa MAgik Mineral Shampoo 300ml

This is the only shampoo that clears my flakes and calms my scalp. I don't know why. The two ingredients I needed are included: zinc pyrithione and salicylic acid. I also have mild eczema on my forehead, whether or not related to my scalp seborrheic dermatitis, it also seems to be calmed by this shampoo. Why THIS shampoo works and not others with the SAME two necessary ingredients is a mystery to me, but I'm following the results. My only complaint is that this shampoo isn't more widely available. I recommend using this shampoo 2-3 times a week. I left it on my scalp for at least 3 minutes while showering and it started to sting and tingle a little bit just like other dandruff shampoos do sometimes (H&S included). It might not be normal but my scalp was in horrible condition before I finally got my hands on this shampoo (I mean like, "I need a doctor" bad). Immediately after showering my scalp was clear of flakes and is still clear 16 hours later. This is the second time I've bought this shampoo. It will not be the last.

I bought this product because i had problems with my Psoriasis. I have used other products in the past an i usually see results in about two weeks or so. After reading all the reviews i decides to try this for myself. This is what i have noticed since using this product1. It reduces the itching I experience from my scalp psoriasis.2. I have seen results in as little as one day ( when i have breakouts on my face) and 2 days ( for breakouts on my scalp)3. The shampoo may be a bit thin however only a little is needed if being used on areas with little or no hair4. It has a pleasant smell5. My hair feels a lot softer after use. ( this is a big deal for me because i am of African Descent and as such i have course hair)6. My hair and scalp health has improved because i now loose fewer strands of hairI would recommend this to anyone because it has me feeling a lot more confident about myself. I no longer have to worry about flakes falling off my head when i am at the barber, or those white scaly patches on my scalp after a fresh haircut.This shampoo really works miracles.I am yet to try it in conjunction with the conditioner to see how much better the results are

I'm getting good signs that this shampoo is working well after using it for about a week.I don't want to go into too much gruesome detail, but my dandruff is prone to causing unsightly buildup on my scalp, and the scratching typically associated with dandruff only makes it worse, obviously. This shampoo, for me, started working at the root cause of my dandruff and methodically healing the irritation on my scalp. After a little more than a week, so 3-4 washes, the urges to scratch have lessened, and the irritation has dried out and been easy to work off - I know, probably not the mental image you want to read about, but if you're shopping for medicated shampoo odds are this isn't news to you.This product isn't too expensive, so I think it's worth trying if you're in the market for dandruff treatment. Hair conditions vary greatly between people, so while it worked for me, there's always a chance it won't work for you. I would give it two weeks to see if your hair improves at all.For the record, I do not use the conditioner. I haven't purchased it yet because I wanted to err on the side of caution since conditioners typically have only made my hair worse.

If you have a scalp problem I suggest you use something well known on the market. This natural product was found to be drying and my scalp itched terribly.

I have Psoriasis on my scalp. This shampoo really sooths itching. It smells good and is a really great product. If I use this inconjunction with the dead sea magik mud scalp conditioner I am all set for the day. The mud conditioner is a little pricy so I use it when my psoriasis is bad or when I a have a special occation and defilatly to not want to be scratching. Overall I find this product to be truly excellent for my purposes. I would HIGHLY recommend it to Psoriasis sufferers. The bottom line it that I have tried many shampoos from coal tar to a myriad of others. This is one that I keep coming back to as a real workable solution to alleviate my symptoms.

Tried this because of "overwhelming" reviews from some shady review website. It is very expensive for a smaller sized bottle. I washed my hair with this for the passed 4 days and it completely dries my hair out and makes it incredibly nappy. It helped a little with my dandruff but honestly I'd recommend using Head and Shoulders.. That shampoo leaves my hair soft and smells better and gets the dandruff out in just a couple more days then this.

I loved this product. I would have given it 10 stars, & I wish I had. But now in a few years the price has gone from from around $10 to $22+ & even with this economy it’s not justified.

I loved that it really cleaned my hair and scalp! I have baby fine hair which gets oily, and leads to red bumps...folliculitis. my dermatologist recommend another shampoo. But I figured I would try this, it contains salicylic...only thing that helps with sebum oil. I am buying my 2nd bottle! I color my hair, and this does not hurt color.
