Excellent product, good quality item. It makes a huge difference when swimming. It keeps my legs together as I have limited movement to in my legs, thus helping with exercises in the pool, and swimming. Highly recommend!

This pull buoy has made a huge difference to my body position in the water. I am a relatively new swimmer and was struggling with engaging my core, but this really helped. Yes it's a bit more expensive than a standard pull buoy but I think it is worth the money. The design works really well as it forces you to engage your core.

I bought this so it would stay between my legs and it does the job. Being ankle made it's good for keeping the feet up for not paddling. Any worries it keeps your legs restricted are quick to dispel, if you need to use one leg it's not firm enough to stop or restrict.

Very useful when I have injuries to my legs or feet, which has happened too many times lately. One point to note is that wimming with the float isn't necessarily compatible with knee injuries as using it aggravated a sprain. Unexpected, but a fact nonetheless.

Posso dire che è un pò ingombrante, però io ho le gambe magre e un pò arcuate per cui ho difficoltà ad usare i normali pull buoy, li devo mettere fra le cosce e li perdo spesso. Questo invece si mette alle caviglie e non si muove di un centimetro, si può virare con tranquillità e non lo perdi , può essere usato anche come tavoletta. Ottimo

This is a fabulous aid to add variety to your swim. This is my second ankle buoy from Finis - the previous one lasted over 2 years. I use it most days, for 1/3rd of my swim. Really great to work your abs, creating core strength. Terrific for lower back strengthening. Feels a bit unusual at first, but becomes the new 'best buoy' very quickly. Advice: start with 100m freestyle, increasing each swim session. Stick with it.

I'm bowlegged. Trying to use a regular swim buoy results in cramps and it still will regularly slip out. This one works great! My first one lasted 5 years and then wouldn't hold well so bought another.
