Mixed Results! Little disappointed
Mixed Results!! I started taking this since last december and it showed me somewhat good results for the first 2 months. Lost 4kg weight and fat that time and had better energy levels. I continued taking this till this april without missing any day but I’m a little disappointed with this as i gained more weight and fat (more than what i had lost) despite having no changes in my regular lifestyle. Also i don’t smoke or drink to blame the results for that.

It has Maltodextrin too dangerous component.
It has Maltodextrine. I will not recommend. It has huge side effects than use. Kindly avoid using it. I have stopped using it. I started gaining weight after using it and got into trouble with my digestions. Maltodextrin is a food additive that can have side effects, including: Allergic reactions: Maltodextrin can cause allergic reactions like skin irritation, gas, cramping, and diarrhea. Blood sugar spikes: Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index, which can cause blood sugar spikes. This can be dangerous for people with diabetes or insulin resistance. Weight gain: Maltodextrin is high in calories and can lead to weight gain and obesity. Gut bacteria: Maltodextrin can reduce the number of good bacteria and increase the number of harmful bacteria. This can damage the intestine and increase the risk of inflammatory bowel disease. Constipation: Maltodextrin contains no fiber, which can contribute to constipation. Maltodextrin is often derived from corn, rice, or potato, but can also be made from wheat. Maltodextrin produced from genetically modified corn may be linked to health issues like cancer, Alzheimer's disease, kidney damage, and reproduction difficulties
