Everyone should have this
My son wanted this so bad so I got like 30 packs of Robo fish it was worth it even though it cost like over $1000 for all 40 packs

You get what you expect :(
I bought a couple of these from another brand and those worked great but at a very high cost per each. Figured I'd give these a try as they look nearly identical. Unfortunately they look the same on the exterior but the mechanics are just all wrong to get the fish to actually "swim". Out of package they looked like dead fish flapping in the water. Following the instructions to add a little ballast and get them to dive resulted in deeper flapping dead fish. Returned for full refund (thank you Amazon). Would recommend getting the "Zuru Robo Alive" version instead.

Not worth it!
My 22 month old son really loves these fish so I wish I could give them a higher rating. The fish didn’t swim that well in the water and they are supposed to stop moving when taken out of the water. After using them in the tub we took them out and they would not stop flapping no matter what we did. When they flap out of water they make quite a loud snapping sound so we had to hide them as not to bother us. Because they were activated and moving all through the night their batteries ran out right away. They do come with extra batteries and a little tool to open them up and replace the battery but it just wasn’t worth it to us to do it. My son still plays with the fish without them moving or lighting up because he loves sea animals. But otherwise they are kind of a failure. Also, The little rubber tails come off. This is definitely a potential choking hazard. The tails are pink rubbery and soft and little ones might think it’s something nice to chew on. I wouldn’t buy these particular fish again.

Meh
Okay when we got these they were super exciting. Totally elevated our toddlers bath tub game! But after about 4 short uses we noticed rust collecting on the inside and the fish started to not wiggle anymore. We did change the batteries in hopes that would help but they were duds. Was super disappointed, especially because of how much we spent on 4 fish. Would not buy again and honestly don’t waste your money. Also, if you enjoy a little fear, They do tend to go rogue after you get out the tub. We would pull them out and dry them off after each use but it would be hours later and one would turn on for no good reason and scare you silly from the tap tap noise.

I pop these fish in a cup or in the tub for kitten entertainment! They fascinate her!

Cute for kids
These were pretty cute and fun, not exactly what I was hoping for but the fish swim, just a little awkwardly in the water. They light up and make a lot of noise. Good option for little kids.

So sorry to have to leave a bad review. It is Tuesday, the fish arrived on Saturday,my son was playing with it for a couple of days. The fish are fine. The batteries arrived in a plastic package.I am sitting here, at my desk, in a fully air-conditioned room andhave not touched the battery at all and suddenlyTHE BATTERY EXPLODED randomly #yikesI'm so thankful to God that it was a few inches away from me so no harm done but that is scary wild.
