The media could not be loaded. This is something I wanted for quite a long time and my friend’s recent purchase pushed me to go for the same one she bought. 's Not only a twisting board, but with the rope on both sides it gives you strong support as a new user. Also, you can use it for various exercises like twisting for side fats, pulling ropes for arms, and biceps and can work like standing push-ups basically. Also pink is not a bad colour to go with. And the price is quite reasonable as I found the quality better than what I paid. Mind that I am an overweight person and this little magic is wonderfully balancing my weight. I still need to learn and get used to of how to correctly twist.However, I am already excited to see good results after so long, as this seems so fun to use and would encourage me to not skip my exercises at least not the one for love handles.

Only used twice and the rope snapped sent back for refund going to look for a similar product as I was enjoying using it but better quality.

Round my middle is where I am most self conscious no matter how many exercises i struggle to get that shape. Well this actually works very effective seeing results almost straight away 10 mins a day. U need to really get your swing on to get the results 💪 10 mins of loud music helps motivate x be consistent it works x

Very easy to use and when I get in it I end up forgetting I’m using it while watching the tv. It’s like doing exercise without knowing.

i bought this because of busy ramdan routine i cant walk anymore so i decided to buy this for my 15 to 20 minutes exercise it belpes me alot with my waist and shoulders i used this for month and i can see clearly my clothes are getting so loose which is very amazing walk was not doing that much i never tried this machine before i am so much impressed with this i dont need to ho out just stay at home and 15 to 20 minutes before fasting my body is much nicer then before value for money very supportive
