This little inexpensive grinder works like a charm. I had a well known grinder, but needed a sponge the try to keep water while grinding. I was continually squirting water, while holding my glass piece. I was looking for another solution. Most options were expensive. This is a little gem!

As a stained glass beginner, I did not want to spend a lot of money on a grinder until I determined if I would enjoy this new hobby. This grinder is perfect for me as it is decent quality and was in my budget range. At some point, I will possibly upgrade to a higher end grinder, but for now this one meets my current needs.

This grinder has the capacity to make clean tile sanding of the corners its exactly what i was looking for.

Good little Grinder! Works well for me

Great for a beginner. If you plan on making a lot of glass projects it is a little weak and takes more time than a more expensive version.

After spending a month cutting 36 pieces of glass, I set out to use my new grinder to round the edges. Setting it up I immediately found the acorn nuts used to secure the shield were missing. I thought it was no big deal, I could find replacements somewhere. But after setting up the rest of the unit, I switched the grinder on, NOTHING! I changed out the fuse with the extra it came with, NOTHING! I switched plug outlets NOTHING! It just flat doesn't work. Very disappointing.

The picture is after only a couple of days worth of grinding. I have gone through six grinding bits in less than a month on this thing. Probably because there is no place to hold a sponge to the grinder bit. I did my best holding it in place with one hand while I grind with the other but that's not working. It puts a lot of glass dust in the air, which makes me very nervous. And the bed is not very smooth, so it just snagged a large piece of glass and slammed it into the bit and broke it on me. I am DONE! Do not buy this grinder!
