Landjaeger German Sausage 3 x 2-Pack

I have had a few varieties of Landjaeger and this is the best I have had from a larger vendor; I am German by heritage and enjoy smoked sausages of many kinds. I recommend this great product if you do not have access to the local German Butcher shop who makes their own. :-)

Very good mild flavor. No onion or garlic taste.a little bit pricey for the amount.

these just arrived, so i quickly opened to try out. this has a mild salami taste. definitely prefer the taste over something like a meat stick...or even beef jerky, which i love. they are a little on the pricey side, so that would've probably made me give this a four star rating.the reason i'm giving it three stars is that one package looks like it might have some mold on part of a stick. honestly, i'm not sure if it is mold or if part of the casing is maybe separating from the meat filling. i'm going to wait to see if anything grows...then i'll just cut it open and examine it more closely. if it ends up being just separation of the casing...then i'll edit my review. fingers crossed.--update-- the moldy spot was just an area of the casing separating...so i bumped this up to 4 stars.

These are great little jerky type. I have had it in Germany and this is a decent substitute for Landjäger.

Loved this sausage. Hearty, perfect size and great taste! Would definitely buy again.

A treat. A crisp apple, sharp cheddar, whole grain cracker and a Landjaeger stick and all is good.

The Landjaeger was way, way to salty. The worst I have ever eaten. I threw away the remaining five. Check the sodium content. Wow!
