We recently bought a home with 5 chandeliers; two had missing or mismatched parts, which had been added to keep a new owner from realizing they were rigged!After measuring the crystals and Bobech Candle Drip Protectors that were missing/mismatched, we decided to try Amazon for replacement parts. They worked! These are not high-quality crystals, but neither were the pieces we were attempting to replace. So now the chandeliers in our breakfast room and primary bath are good as new!We are pleased with our find. Well worth the price to have these issues resolved. LITTLE THINGS MEAN A LOT!
