Its Terrible, low quality plastic casing material
Very bad quality, the sandwich maker broke in two parts with in 10-15 uses. The seller states they have no warranty for Canada, why would they be allowed to sell products in Canada without warranty in the first place!

I bought this sandwich maker as a gift and it turned out to be a great choice! It heats up quickly and makes perfectly toasted sandwiches with a nice, even crisp on the outside. It’s easy to use and doesn’t take up much counter space, which is a big plus. The recipient has already used it multiple times and loves how simple it is for quick lunches or snacks. Definitely a fun and practical gift!

Broke on the second use.
I am very disappointed with this product. When using it for the second time, the bottom handle cracked off. There is no way to close the latch so it's pretty useless now. I've had sandwich makers from other companies that lasted for years. I see now that there are other reviews with the same issue. I wish I would have read them before I bought. It was a waste of money.
