Not that useful
Water mark. Not effective window cleaner

First item was defective. Customer service replaced it free of charge.
I think mine might be defective. The locking mechanism that holds the blade in various positions doesn’t work very well and it won’t lock into a horizontal position at all. Otherwise, it works fine and the telescoping handle seems pretty sturdy. But I’d be happier with one that couldn’t swivel at all than one which won’t hold the position it’s set to. Edit: A representative from the company reached out to me and offered to replace my product free of charge. I received the replacement item and it locks into whichever position I want. Great product and great support!

Good product for the price
It took a few tries to get the hang of the squeegee. It kept sliding off. But once I learned to push it flat against the window, it did a good job. The fluffy cloth worked well to clean the windows. I still used a microfiber cloth to wipe off excess liquid. Overall, it works well. The pole was long enough to reach the top of my ground floor windows. It's wide enough to cover the windows in 3 swipes, and fit our decorative windows. I was also able to maneuver it between the iron bars that protect the windows. So no problems. It's a decent product for a good price.

Streak free windows; the right tool saves time/$
I went with this company’s product because I had bought the scrubber/brush for the siding on the house; at the time I had bought the pole that extends up to 24 feet I think. The window scrubber/squeegee works perfectly as far as cleaning the windows and the fact that it swivels is very useful. In addition, the tool can be used with the long extension pole ( the one I bought last year for the siding of the house) for windows that are very high up - the pole that comes with the scrubber/squeegee is very useful. However, if you have some windows that are out of reach you will need a longer extension pole. I recommend the same company’s extension pole.

Well made and Easy to use!
Sturdy extension pole, squeegee works well. I like the squeegee on the opposite side of the brush. My patio door is so clean and clear. Vinegar and water works the best. No streaking!
