Product as described
Kit worked well to replace the SMA fitting on my GPS antenna.

These were not hard to instlall, and my signal is better than it has ever been.
I thought these were going to be very difficult to solder on to coax cable, but they really were not. My VHF radio had been installed by a radio shop, and never really got out very well. I purchased what seemed to be inexpensive 90 degree terminations for the cable. My signal is better than it has every been. I am extremely happy with my very reasonably priced cable terminations. You DO need a decent soldering iron, not a gun, and not a torch. So long as you have that, installing should be a snap.

Worked for putting new ends on antennas
Worked perfectly for putting new ends on antennas. They were definitely designed for a thinner cable though. Needed to solder the shielding to the crimp ferruel instead of having the ferruel over the shielding and use larger heat shrink wrap.

Good value for the money
Easy to use, just go slowly in assembly. Decent product.

They work well
I bought these to build out 2m/70cm QRP antennas and found that when paired with the Eightwood RG-316 coax, you can solder the center sleeve to roughly 3-4mm of the center conductor and the conductor and insulator will slide into the inner collar of the shield crimp sleeve giving a nice safety keeping the shield from touching the center conductor. Assembly is as easy or easier than a PL-259. I've used these with Baofeng, Retevis, and Yaesu radios with no thread or pin fitment issues.

SMA male connector
fits perfectly on RG174 cable. I was able to make my own custom cables for my electronics workbench. I would recommend these connectors for the the DIY

Saved the cable
I use a RG-174 feed line with my UHF/VHF HT HAM radio to the mag mount roof antenna on my car. These cables are not designed to handle the rigors of constant flexing and strain inevitable with this use. Hence the original cable pulled out of the connector after a few months. What do I do? Cheaper to buy a new cable. More fun to fix the broken. After screwing one up in the learning curve I got the 2nd on correctly and it has been working perfectly. Now I have enough connectors for 8 more breaks....I hope not.
