Awesome
This plushie is AWESOME!!! It looks just like a real Axolotl. It’s soft, squishy, and well made. My grandson absolutely loved it and it even inspired him to draw a picture of it and then paint it. I loved it too.

Wonderful stuffy!
Looks more like the real critter (except the color) than the too-cutesy other ones. Bought this as a gift and ended up keeping the beastie. :) Buying another for the gift.

Axolotl plush toy
Good quality stuffed animal. When your relatives complain about toys being unrealistic creatures in ridiculous colors with sparkles, you search for actual animals. Thankfully, this axolotl toy exists. It's a great educational tool. It was a gift and he really likes it.

My nephew love it!! He said it was perfect. He has slept with it every night since he received it. The size and color were exactly wht he wanted.

Have reasonable expectations
It’s an Amazon stuffed toy.. you get what you pay for. That being said, I’m super pleased. The toy is cool. Not very big but was about what I assumed. Did not come vacuum sealed but was still is fine condition. Would recommend.

Best Salamander!
He is beautiful. He is great. And he is actually 20" like they said. I was worried when he came vacuum sealed as that almost always damages plushes. He fluffed up good, though the stuffing wanted to be lumpy. After a few minutes of massaging the stuffing around, he's good to go. He is cute and chubby and so realistic. I haven't seen much if any Salamander items out there in the world, and I just had to get him. Mine has his back end raised some, though his feet are on the ground as they should be, so he looks like he's saying "bring it". I guess I got the feisty one. I love him. 5 Stars.

Stitching looked nice, true to the pictures. did seem a bit small and could have been a little morte stuffed. but it is a super adorable product

Smaller than expected, still cute
I read the specs, and still thought it would be much bigger.Still very cute, and very pleased.The size is going to be problematic for what I had planned, but I think it will work.Fans of Star Trek: Voyager understand what I mean.
