this is a good pressure regulator!
installed this on my 50 year old boiler about a year ago. What can I say? i check the pressure every now and again and still works great! Very High quality product! glad i spent a few extra buks and went with this one!

Solid and Reliable
Easy to install and built like a tank. This thing does a great job at maintaining 16 lbs of pressure in my hydronic heating system. I would call this a “water feeder”, but this a hot water boiler not steam. I think that water feeder is specific to steam systems. Hell, you know what I mean. Easy to manually add water and I got the device way too hot when I was sweating the copper because I am both sloppy and lazy. It didn’t care. Took the installation abuse and did not complain.

who knew these things don't last forever
my old one failed after maybe 60 years. Was taking days to recharge the system. it was a real puzzle to figure out what was wrong. This New one does it in a few minutes. I added a pressure gauge to confirm that it was working correctly. The built-in bypass feature makes adding a bypass valve unnecessary and now re-filling the system take almost no time at all. It doubles as a test for my pressure-relief valves.
