I couldn’t find the perfect fit for my father in law to track his glucose levels but decided on this book. I cross out some of the things we don’t need to track and right in what we do. Great for tracking meals and calories.

I've finished one journal and immediately bought another. An excellent product, good size, easy to throw in a bag.I didn't count calories, just wrote down the time and what I ate. I'm a "bored eater" and it was hard to fall into that bad habit when what you just ate half an hour ago is right there in black and white!Even looking back over the last week enabled me to see some of my bad habits (too much coffee and ice cream, not enough exercise and vegetables). Once it's there in front of you, change can begin. Like writing down goals.Beautifully laid out and high quality.You will not be disappointed.This little journal can change your life if you let it!

I would have gave another star however mine was missing the stickers. I ordered two, journals so I took my husband's stickers. His came with stickers. I was a little bummed.

I received my book today, but it didn't include the stickers. The only thing that was inside the book was a thank you card. I might consider returning the item.
