As photographers, we've used props similar to this.. for well over a decade now... and the biggest issue with all of the props, have been that they're just not that up to par. Most are made from plastic, or a foam base.. and they deteriorate rather quickly.This set, has none of those flaws.Seriously, I can almost always find something wrong with photo gear.. even something small.. This set, however, seems to be perfect.We opted for the grey blocks, since it allows us to easily tonally change them, if we want, in post processing. (Fun fact, the base grey, here, could also be used as a white balance.. the same way you would a chart.. so.. there's 1 less piece of equipment I have to carry on sessions ;)The blocks are quite heavy, and the text is easy to read. They also include an easy to carry bag to store the blocks in (to keep them together) when not in use.Seriously.. as much as I'd like to find a con with these, I just can't... maybe after I've used them a few dozen times, I'll find something to nitpick at, but for now.. I'm just very satisfied with the quality of this product.

These blocks are a great way to obtain continuity in photos of your kiddos over the months/years. The blocks themselves are sturdy, and the words are elegantly written. Kids will even love stacking them when they're not being used in photos! They come with a canvas drawstring storage bag that keeps them organized when they're not in use at all.The first thing you'll notice when you take these out of the box is a strong smell of nail polish; it goes away after several minutes, but it's noticable at first. There is also a big warning in the box not to let your kiddos munch on the blocks, so just be warned when using these around littles. The blocks are also handmade, which means there are imperfections in the wood (which can be endearing to some/annoying to others). Accompanying the blocks is a guide that states the size of the blocks (in only 2 dimensions), along with the things printed on each side. Two blocks are twice the length of the other 4, so it would be nice to have the full 3D dimensions to identify those.Overall, these are cute, sturdy, stackable, and useful for every age and stage in a child's life, particularly those who celebrate Easter, Halloween, Christmas, and Thanksgiving.

The media could not be loaded.  Great for a first time parent as we take a million pictures of our babies and this allows you to have a lot of fun while doing that that period this is a very quality made block set that feels very durable thick very durable thick and heavy heavy. I love the little canvas bag that also comes with the blocks for storage. Such a giftable item.

These milestones blocks look very stylish and are a great way to mark your little one's age, firsts, grades or holiday in the pictures. The design is very neutral and will go well with anything that you might have going on in the pictures. The paint job is good, and the writing is nice and clear, and easy to read in the pictures.The blocks are sturdy and stackable, and come with a drawstring storage bag for when they are not in use.Good set at a reasonable price.

These monthly milestone blocks are gray with white lettering, making it gender neutral. There are many ways to use the blocks- monthly milestones, first milestones, and more. The quality of the blocks are OK- some imperfections like alignment. They feel like they can hold up well even if kids play with them. The price seems reasonable. They can make good shower gifts for first time parents. It is pretty neutral so can be use for either gender. You can stack it up as high as four blocks as pictured. All the pieces came as described.

I like the concept of these blocks and all of the combinations they provide. However, the purpose of these blocks are for looking good in pictures and they have a lot of cosmetic issues. These include cracks, dents, and rough surfaces that paint could not cover-up.Since they are geared toward infants which may put anything in their mouth suddenly before you can stop them, it is concerning that they appear to be coated in paints with toxics (see warning).

These are perfect for my friend who will deliver any day now. I think the stickers look cheap and wanted to get her something to mark the passing months. Quality! Very nice.
