This is my 4th PowerBear case - on my phone, my wife's, and kids. We've had nothing but good success with our cases. In the past we've used the Otterbox Resurgence cases, and we were lucky to get a year out of them. And the price for that was just too much.From the price, the operation, protection and the 2 year warranty, you'd be hard pressed to find an overall better value. We also bought the 6 foot red PowerBear charging cables and they are great in combo with this case. Would recommend highly.

This is my third phone that I have a powerbear battery case on. The 7 Plus is a little different than my other two because it is powered with a microUSB not a lightning cable. This is a bummer if you use the wired lightning headphones as it won't work with this case. Also I have to take the phone out of the case to sync with iTunes via the lightning cable. So each of those minor annoyances mean I would take a half star off, leaving it a 4 star product in my opinion. If you sync over the air with iCloud and use bluetooth headsets, this battery case is great. 4000mAh extra is enough to run phone for at least another day. It is great for when I travel and don't have the time to charge at a wall plug. Finally, the speaker on the phone sounds a tiny bit better because the case has baffles that redirect the down-facing speaker to be forward facing. It's still tinny, but at least the sound is firing from the front.

I bought this for my husband because with our business he has to have 24 hour phone contact at all times. We were planning a road trip which included a music festival with no electrical hook ups, and I wanted to make sure his phone would keep charge as long as possible. This case works like a charm! He absolutely loves it and it is so simple to use. His only complaint is that it is kind of bulky, but it’s not nearly as bulky as some Cases he has used in the past. All in all, I highly recommend it.

Displeased, you have to take your phone out of the case to charge it, and charge the case separately. The charger for the case is not iPhone compatible. Have had it since March and no longer charges .

Broke really fast connection on bottom broke fast.

This is my second case, and I only got the 2nd one because the first was run over by a firetruck. It still worked just fine but it had puncture marks. This is a heavy case, but for the reliability factor, I can overlook that.

Price was way better than mophie. BUt you get what you pay for . After less than 2 months it stopped charging my iPhone 7 Plus “ due to incompatibility issues” what? Also do t like the way the phone goes into the holder, you have to bend back part of the rubber holder to wedge it into it. Feels like it’s going to break everyone you do it. Works really well and the phone slides in and out of the case really easily. I would caution using this case in hot temperatures because it doesn't allow the phone to naturally cool (using the aluminum case as a natural cooler) very well as it is enclosed. High temperatures while charging can damage your battery (well so they say).

Solid feeling case and rubberised surface make for confident handling. Screen and camera bump are well protected by deep bezels and inclusion of two plastic screen protectors is welcome. Quick syncing to computer via supplied micro USB works without issue, but lightning connector would have been preferable. Status LED strip could be clearer and only displays capacity remaining when charging. Unfortunately, buttons require too far too much pressure for comfortable operation, so case was returned.

I had the product for 4 months and it was working fine until I took my phone out of the case one day and the part that connects the charge had broken off and stayed in my phone socket. Luckily I was able to remove with tweezers but could've completely broken my iPhone. Not impressed with product and will be complaining direct.

Its okay but would be better if it came with a screen cover of some sort.

My iPhone 8 Plus fits inside the case but I am very disappointed that the case can not be charged with an Apple charger

Case very good but only problem is why doesn’t it have the same cable fitting as an iphone and its not supplied with a cable
