Great Customer Service.
First off I have to say the Customer Service I got was great they made good on making a customer happy namely me.I received my first one without the five small dividers so I sent a message to the seller and told them of my problem they asked me to send them a picture of the bag I received. I would have been happy if they had just sent me the dividers they went one further and offered to just send me another bag and I took them up on that offer and that one came with the dividers. So thank you for the great customer service. So now for my review.I ordered this model for several reasons, I wanted to be able to carry my two cameras, a Canon 7Dmk ii and a Canon SL2 with lenses attached plus two extra lenses, a microphone and all the various extras we think we need to pack along or have with us just in case, I also wanted to be able to bring two water bottles, my tripod and my laptop. So far this bag meets all of those needs. There are four compartments on the front is a small one which I take is for glasses or goggles but it is not lined with fleece or micro fiber to prevent scratching so put your glasses in a case or protective sleeve.one organizer pocket with three pockets on the back side and a zippered mess pocket on the flap I use it for my earphones, business cards, pens and misc. The back pockets are set up with one large pocket for a tablet or small note book, there one square mesh open pocket which I take is for a mobile phone, the third is a flap closure pocket. there is no key lanyard or pen slots. not a deal breaker for me, I carry those in my pockets any way.On the bottom of the bag is a pouch that pulls out for carrying a tripod the top end is secured with strap with a plastic locking buckle. note be sure to keep it clip together it is not velcro or secured in place, maybe I'll sew it in place.the middle section is the camera section and it has three zippered pockets on the front panel for all your accessories and then some. the camera section has a zip up divider to keep your cameras and lenses secured, if you need fast access to gear its not a big deal.the laptop section is easy two zippers to get into it and holds a laptop. I ride a motorcycle as my main transportation so having everything in one bag is a big plus now I don't have to strap my tripod on the fender. So I have found some things and fixed them. The straps do not have bands or keepers to keep them flapping around I put zip ties through the strap end and that works great.the are four compression straps two on each side, they flap around too, they got zip tied as well.Be careful with to straps so your water bottles do not get in the way or you can place them over the bottle to keep them in place. The waist belt has nylon keepers, by the way the wait belt has a small mesh pouch on each side if you need them. The bag does stand up loaded or un loaded, however if you use the tripod holder it extends below the bag so keep that in mind when walking or sitting down with the bag on. In my experience when I set the bag down with a tripod installed the tripod will rise up if set on the floor, also the tripod sits right over the phone pouch inside my phone has a case and I place my screen side in, and I put a micro fiber cloth over it just in case.I guess you could use one of the water bottle pocket to carry a tripod but I find in my experience any way after while they make holes in the mesh. The camera strap tabs I have not tried yet, I use a black rapid cross body strap.the chest strap and waist do help I have worn the pack for a few hours with no problems, other things pro and con:Pro : I like the black with yellow neon accents, there is a reflective patch on the front nice touch for visibility. it does not look like a camera bag and its a good size I'm sure it will fit in overhead or probably under seats on airplane I compared it to my Think Tank Photo Airport Essentials which is designed to fit under airline seats and its a tad smaller than that bag. Of course you experience may vary. The zippers are lockable. (locks not included)Cons Not a big fan of the compression straps they get in the way when I want to get into the bag for cameras, phone or accessories. but the do keep the bag's contents stable and can strap a jacket to the side if needed. In closing I do like the bag and use it every time I take my camera gear out.

Great Bag at an Incredible Price!
I have only had this pack for a week, but I am over-the-moon impressed with it. I am a professional nature photographer. Over the years I have struggled with how to carry my gear in the most, effective and protected way since I am often out in elements that are definitely not camera friendly. When traveling, I usually have my stuff safely stored in a Pelican Case, however when you're just walking around, you need something a little more mobile-friendly. I have owned several other camera packs - all were LowePro. They were nice, but with a few flaws that I really didn't like - either they were too big and bulky or the shoulder/waist straps were not padded enough and left my body aching after a day of carrying. This pack (I think) will be the answer to my prayers! This pack is loaded with customizable storage! It fits my Nikon D500, Sigma 150-600mm, Nikon 16-80mm, Pentax K5iiS, and Pentax 18-55mm with room for battery chargers, memory cards, and lens filters all in the main compartment!! Sounds like this pack would have to be huge to accommodate all this? Wrong! I am a small person - 5'3" and 120lbs. - this pack does not look ridiculously huge or bulky on me. And with all the adjustable straps, it fits snugly to my body. The straps are very well padded. There's a great airflow system and padding for your back. And on the shoulder straps, there are these nifty plastic pieces that flip up to take the weight of your camera strap off your neck - a very nice feature. There's also room in the pack to hold other items in the two front pockets. When you get your pack, the rain cover is stored in the top pocket, however there is hidden pocket on the bottom of the pack where I found is more convenient for the rain cover freeing up that front pocket for other items. The other feature that made this pack attractive was the laptop compartment in the back. It fits my 13" MacBook Pro with room to spare. Overall I think this pack will be a great piece of equipment, especially for the price. Often you could expect to pay $150-$300 for a nice camera bag. In my opinion, this has more features that many camera packs and construction quality that exceeds expectations. I will post an update after I put this bag to the test, but so far I am very impressed and this bag is well worth the price.***UPDATE***Well, I've had this bag for a year and a half now and am still SOOOO pleased with it. It's such a great pack that all my camera toting friends bought the same bag and all have been very happy with it. I have traveled with it - it fits nicely in the overhead bin or underneath the seat on the airplane. It's such good quality - I've beat it to heck and nothing is fraying or falling apart. Still holds everything I need. Yeah - get this bag. You won't be sorry. I feel like I've really put it to the test and there's not a single thing I would change about it.

Good Size, However Not enough Internal Pockets compared to other brands like Amazon Basic
Great size for 2 camera bodies & 3 or 4 Lens ( depending on lens size ) maybe even 5 if they are small lens. The only complaint is that this only has A small Pocket on the inside & no extra multi-layer type pockets ( such as many other back packs like the Amazon Basics ) do - therefore Accessory Storage Space is Limited. If you can live with this one Issue, then it is a ok backpack .
