Sticks are getting thin and short day by day

I recently purchased the Balaji Chandan Pure Natural Agarbatti Stick for Premium Pure Chandan Fragrance Incense Sticks, and I must say, I am thoroughly disappointed with the product. This review aims to highlight the numerous issues I encountered, making it clear why I cannot recommend this product to anyone.First and foremost, the quality of these incense sticks is abysmal. They burn inconsistently and unevenly, emitting an unpleasant and synthetic odor that is far from the promised "premium pure chandan fragrance." Instead of the soothing and natural scent of sandalwood, I was met with a chemical-like stench that lingered in the air long after the sticks were extinguished. This is not what I expected when I purchased a product claiming to be "pure natural."Furthermore, the packaging of these incense sticks leaves much to be desired. The boxes arrived in a poor condition, with dented corners and torn labels. It was evident that minimal care was taken during the packing process. Moreover, the sticks themselves were loosely packed, resulting in several of them being broken upon arrival. It is frustrating to receive damaged goods, especially when they are meant to enhance the ambiance of a space.In terms of value for money, this product falls short. Despite the advertised quantity of 150 sticks (25 sticks per box, 6 boxes in total), the burn time is incredibly short. The sticks seem to burn at an accelerated rate, requiring frequent replacements. This not only diminishes the overall experience but also raises questions about the product's longevity and authenticity.To make matters worse, the customer service provided by the seller was less than satisfactory. When I reached out to express my concerns and request a refund or replacement, my inquiries were met with indifference and delayed responses. It was evident that they lacked the commitment to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
