Perfect pan for frying two eggs. It’s heavy bottomed and well-made. Super easy to clean. I’ll get many years out of this pan.

The pan has a great feel. Just right in its weight.

This has become my go-to skillet for 2 or 3 egg omelettes. I'm impressed by it's heft and the way it's thick bottomed design equally disperses heat across the cooking surface. No high spot in the center, nor do I think one will develop over time. Cleans up easily and the handle is securely attached. I intend to replace my 11" nonstick skillet with one of this brand if it's available.

I was a breakfast cook for a decade and have likely flipped tens of thousands of eggs and omelets. I needed a good pan just for eggs. I love the construction. The handle is meaty and stays cool and is riveted so there are no screws to fall out. The metal is beautiful, shiny and thick. The surface is non-stick but not slippery; no matter how much butter or oil or heat level I used, I couldn’t get it slippery enough to flip an over easy egg.With the aid of a rubber spatula around the edge, I am able to flip an omelet . It browns nicely and is excellent for searing chops or steaks. In fact, it’s great for everything else. It won’t season over time so if you need it for eggs only you may consider a Silverstone type.

Much better than I expected, especially for the price. Good heavy-duty weight, and construction. Nothing has stuck and very easy to clean.

Best omellet pan I have ever used & it is not teflon. Wish that the rivets were coated in the nonstick material.

Great size if you want a single fried egg; very sturdy and made well. Like the handle and it works on an induction stove/top.

in der Beschreibung steht grosse Pfanne 31,8 cm, das beschreibt aber die Pfanne in ihrer ganzen Länge mit Stiel. Die Pfanne hat nur 18 cm Bratfläche, für unserere Bedürfnisse viel zu klein. Man bekomt den Eindruck das die Beschreibung absichtlich irreführend ist. Ich wollte eine extragrosse Pfanne bestellen. Geht also leider zurück.
