Really liked the mop

Beware of used products
Read the other reviews, don't take my word for it. I should have researched more. The mop head was falling apart. Luckily the pedal didn't break like other people issues. Used it twice, went to return it, and the company said it's in no condition to resell it so they couldn't give me a full refund. After many attempts at back and forth saying they cannot resell it because it was defective. They ignored my request, charged me a restocking fee, and now they plan to resell a defective mop. Don't trust the terrible customer service of this company!!

Buy This Now - Save Your Back
This mop is amazing! (I had been using a Quickie Mop on my hardwood floors for a decade and LOVED it) but an hour ago, when this mop arrived, I fell in love immediately! It glides soooo effortlessly across the floor. The spin action is fantastic. The bucket quality looks to be solid.When it arrived I immediately had to put it to use! Effortless and the results are amazing!
