Fantastic Bookholder & Stand
I LOVE the Levo bookholders. I have both the older version and the new G2 and for both of them, I have the tablet holder and the bookholder. I have one always in the bedroom for night reading and another in my office.I have severe stenosis in my cervical vertebrae and cannot look down to read a book. These holders are a God-send!What I love:*The heavy base is nice and steady; I don't worry about it tipping*The arm flexibility of the unit's configuration is fantastic, I can read lying down flat in bed (tablet), seated (either tablet or book), and in-between.*The unit may be adjusted for height as well as for many directions of the arm and of the platform.*The book holder is capable of holding some weighty books nicely (and the Tablet holder also feels secure)*The book holder holds the book by its cover, and keeps the pages open by its arms*Works well for magazines as well as many sizes of books*Also supports the Levo LED lightRoom for Improvement:*The balls on the page holders may mar a page if you drag it acrossIn addition, the customer service has been great. Delivery was good and when my second unit came with a damaged part, they immediately sent out a replacement (and also expressed gratitude that I didn't ship the whole heavy thing back!).If you enjoy reading, but have difficulty holding a book, have a neck disability like me, or simply want a better, more ergonomic way to read a book, magazine or your tablet, I HIGHLY recommend the Levo G2.

Wish it rotated where it meets the stand too
I use it for studying for school. I can prop myself up on the couch and maintain proper posture, read laying down, or have it floating above my workstation without taking up desk space. I use it mostly for textbooks, so they are usually too heavy and cause it to tip, but I can put something weighted at the base to combat this. My biggest problem is the limited rotation of the actual stand. I wish there was either A. an additional swivel where it meets the stand so you could have even better range of motion, or B. Have holes on the top too so you can switch where you want them, but you’d also need the little book holders that flip out on the bottom on the top as well support heavier books. There’s often times when I’m reading on the couch the angle is slightly off, but can’t adjust it because it is as far as the rotation will go with the arm going that direction, unless I were to have the stand upside down (only has page holders and book base support on one side of stand) so not thats not helpful unless you have a smaller book that could easily “float” and not get damaged. So I end up moving it to different sides of the couch to to try and get more range of motion in specific directions I need. I don’t have this issue with the table attachment because all sides are the same and can just flip my device if needed. The clip that secures the attachment to the arm broke on my tablet attachment the first time I went to switch it out, even though I was holding the button down. Still works but could slide out if I’m not careful. It’s better than nothing, but could use some improvements

YES!
Years of keyboard and mouse and holding a camera have ruined my wrist strength. Tiktok brought me here. Assembly was somewhat straightforward. Small learning curve. Once you get the book in there, super easy to turn the pages. You need both a wrench/pliers and screwdriver for the tension nuts - someone said they ‘didn’t work’. They do.Worried the height adjustment clips might break eventually over time. Looks like each part has a replacement on their website, if ever needed.Tablet and phone holder that came with the stand part are super as well.EDIT: Altered. After a few months, the footprint of the stand always got in my way. i bought a security cam pole mount and mounted the arm of the bookstand to my wall instead and ditched the rolling part. Just need black zip ties. 😂

My friends describe their reaction to seeing it as “extreme product envy”
Love this thing. My friends, at least the ones who still care about books and reading, are so jelly.Attaches firmly and solidly to my desk - pushes easily out of the way when I don’t need it, stretches dang near any which way when I do need it. Accompanied with my Taotronics desk lamp, makes reading at my desk comfortable for hours and hours. The screws can be slightly tricky to screw in so I recommend using pliers for the nut and a Phillips-head screwdriver simultaneously for the screw, which worked perfectly to get them tight and in place. This really is one of my favorite purchases ever.To anyone deciding between the standalone and desktop version - they’re both great; I used to have the standalone but sadly gave it away to a friend (who was so happy) because my apartment is small and I’m trying to be efficient with space here, so I got the desk attachment instead and love it too. So it really just comes down to whether you have the space for an additional thing on the floor or have a smaller apartment that could use the convenience and efficiency of a desk attachment.

Love using a stand, hope it lasts for years.
This my second Levo book stand. (I had their first model for several years.) I love reading with a stand (saves the neck, big time.) I would still have the first one, but the elbow that allowed me to switch platforms between IPad and book broke, and the company didn’t have replacement parts. They have redesigned the IPad platform. It works well, but some of the parts do seem somewhat chintzy. Now that doesn’t mean they will wear out fast, I just don’t know. I hope they will have replacement parts if parts do wear out.

Neck saver!
I have pretty serious neck pain issues that make reading (looking down) difficult. This device holds my favorite books securely at any angle I need. Now I’m able to read comfortably in my recliner or bed with my neck and head supported and the book at the perfect distance and angle.Perfect attachment for my Levo tablet holder.
