If You Let Me

I really enjoyed the storyline, characters, and everything in between. The author did a great job keeping me entertained it was juicy, provocative, and an enjoyable read. I'm glad I supported this writer. Good job 👏🏽

Calling Kema B. to the front of the class! Ma'am, you did not have to come for my edges like that! Taheerie and Cashton were unbelievably hot. They've been in love with each other since they were teenagers but, Taheerie is afraid of ruining their friendship if they crossed the line so, she refuses to go there with Cash. When they unknowingly hook up with each other at Club Eros, all bets are off. Cash starts plotting their future expeditiously. He lets Taheerie know he's gunnin' for her heart so, she betta get ready. This was such an awesome book but, I expect nothing less from Kema B. And, it was nasty y'all. It was so nasty, I may need to go to alter prayer on Sunday and ask for forgiveness. LOL!!! Ma'am, you cannot keep introducing characters we want to see more of. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a story on Parker and Law and Melody and Dash. I'm always down for a road trip to Crystal City or Harbor Springs. If You Let Me was a phenomenal read. It was more than worth the wait. Well done Kema B.

A good Friends-to-Lovers is my favorite and Kema B did not disappoint. The solid friendship and hot chemistry between Eerie and Cash made their relationship inevitable. Oh, and I loved Eerie's dad Earl. He cracked me up in Sosa's story and gave me a few good laughs in this book too. Can't wait to see what's next from Kema B.

Taheerie and Cash are best friends. But after Taheerie's ex does her dirty and threatens to derail her career, they coincidentally end up at Club Eros on the same night... and have anonymous s*x--with each other! Then, they do it again. But what happens when each of them unintentionally let it slip to the other who they really are?So Kema's dialogue is always top notch. Her conversations are funny and easy to get into the groove of and her MMCs know how to talk that talk. Cash is no exception. I love connecting the dots to Sosa, and I love how protective Cash is. His anger at Taheerie not telling him what her ex was really up to was sexy and led to a very delightful punishment. I love their attraction. Passion was front and center with them, and I was very satisfied with their scenes. It was palpable, felt real. Taheerie's hesitance about Cash was frustrating but I understood. And I loved her dad helping her get to the bottom of how she behaved in relationships. The way he always loved her melted my heart; that was beautiful. I also loved how serious Taheerie was about her career, and her craft. It was a great friends to lovers short. Nice.

Taherie and Cashton have been BFFS for years, Cash had made it clear about his feelings for Eerie. Eerie decides to have a night at a sex club and the guy she met was the best she every had. When they found out they slept with each other Cash asked that they give them a try. I loved Cash and Eerie together, the sex was hot and the love was genius. Eerie did have reservations, but Cash told her she don't have to worry. Such a great read!!!
