Very disappointing didn't work at all big waste of money

The slimming patches are easy to use and stick very well to your skin. One must be placed over your belly button and changed every 12 hours. It did help me loss water weight but it will take using these for 60 days every twelve hours to hopefully see a weight loss. I have not used them long enough to see a different in weight loss but I do feel better. You can also place another patch anywhere on your body but at least one has to be placed on your belly button for best results. For the price why not try them.

I have had these and used the patches for approximately one month. I haven't noticed any weight loss. The adhesive patch is so sticky and caused some bright red rashes on my skin. This is a "belly sticker" but the mugwort part is so small that it will not come into contact with your belly button or skin when you place it on your belly button.

This mugwort belly patch was very easy to apply. The adhesion lasted even after a shower. Just peel & apply. I haven't loss any weight after 2 1/2 weeks.

Don't purchase this product. It is one of the latest fads but just that a "fad". It does not work in helping you lose any weight or belly fat. In fact, the FDA does not approve this type of product and put a stop to these types of products.

Got some rashes after using it on my belly
