Worth it
So, I have been using henna on and off for roughly 20 years now. It can be drying, and drippy if the consistency isn’t perfect and your hair is too wet. That is pure, BAQ (body art quality) henna mixed with just distilled water to a pudding consistency. It can also be hard to rinse out of your hair in the shower. Your hair may also be a little stiff after until the next washing. Fenugreek was said to help with all of those things, so I decided to try it.If you want to do the same and have a hard time finding a recipe, this is mine:100 g henna (very common packet size sold)1 tablespoon aloe vera powder1 tablespoon fenugreek powder1 teaspoon ginger powderEnough water to make a pudding-like consistency, not runny. Mix a little in at a time until just right.I immediately put it in the freezer, in a freezer bag (pressed as thin as possible for quick thawing), and thaw as needed a few hours before use. Then I apply to chelated hair that is towel dried. So, the fenugreek made a noticeable difference to application of the henna. The paste had an almost whipped consistency, so it was easier to work with. Despite my hair still dripping water for a bit as I applied it, I had no henna running after. It rinsed out a little easier, but I still needed to use conditioner for the slip. My hair was not dry or stiff after, which it usually is. All in all, it’s definitely worth using if you henna. The value is increased if you also purchase aloe vera.I haven’t had any kind of reaction to it, just the usual itchiness after a henna which will go away after the next wash in a few days.

Very nice quality and value
I use feungreek for so many things. Hair and skin treatments and I even treated my daughters wrestling team team mate's ring worm withFeungreek paste. I make feungreek milk to help with digestion first thing in the morning with lemon and ginger when i wake up.When I make a paste of feungreek and rose water it brightens and tightens my skin. Mixed with hybiscus and rose it makes an excellent deep hair conditioner. These feungreek seeds are not sprouted so you are going to want to soak a scoop of it over night to maximize mineral content. To make face and hair masks I sprout the powder over night and just pour the water and powder mixture into my ninja blender. It comes out a creamy foamy texture. It works wonders on my curly hair. I add it to smoothies to get more protein in my diet. Feungreek seed powder expands allot, a little goes a long way. So a bag like this will last me a long time even though I used it daily. So the value and price were great. The taste is interesting, bitter and sweet, maplely. I dont mind it. I will definitely be purchasing again.

A little goes a long way
Can use this powder in your diy hair products. Use sparingly because it has a very strong odor similar to that of a gravy in heavy amounts or maple syrup in small amounts.
