Measurement at belly button started at 39", tried a size large and I could get it on the tightest hooks right off. Moved to a medium pretty quickly, then a small, and now with a measurement of 36" the size XS fits well on the biggest set of hooks. Keep in mind XS says it's for 30.5-32.5" and mine is 36" so they run very big. If you're used to pushing a ton of food in the off season you've probably run into that distended gut look like Roelly had. He attributed tightening his waist up to using a waist trainer every day. I wasn't going to drop $100 on one of the big name brands so I figured I'd give these a shot. Definitely works well. I think these in combination with practicing vacuums daily could pull several inches off your waist during prep.

I was sweating bullets and gasping for air, trying to figure out how to escape this clingy contraption. And let’s talk about the “back support.” The internal boning? More like a bone of contention! 🦴 It felt less like support and more like a medieval torture device trying to hold my back hostage. I get it’s supposed to help with posture, but all it did was make me feel like a pretzel. The whole design claimed to be all about comfort and confidence, but let me tell you, it was a struggle just to breathe! I felt squished and restricted, like a sausage ready to pop. 🌭 Plus, I followed the size chart to a T, and still ended up with a product that felt way too tight and unyielding. So, to sum it up: terrible fit, uncomfortable, and definitely unbreathable. I wouldn’t recommend this waist trainer to my worst enemy, let alone to anyone trying to feel confident and comfy while getting their sweat on. 🚫 Just do yourself a favor and skip this one, friends. One star because I can’t give it zero!
