One Ear Amplified Seems To Be Enough
Make sure you understand you are only purchasing ONE hearing amplifier. But I found just this one amplifier is all that I need. By following the instructions and making the correct adjustments, I found this amplifier to work great! It will squeal loudly as you attempt to seat the amplifier in your ear, but once it is fitted snugly, the squealing stops. Then your amplification starts. Yes, all sounds will be amplified. When I started out with the volume turned too high, water running in a sink sounded like window glass shattering when dropped on concrete. But now I have the amplifier under control and it works well to assist my hearing.

Not worth it
I bought 2 one left and one right. They both worked in the beginning. After a month or so both give off a lot of static. If the battery is removed for an extended period of time, the static will go away and come back with a short period of time after turned back on.

My first hearing aid & I'm impressed!
For my first hearing aid experience I'm pretty impressed! The volume adjustment is very sensitive (not sure if that's normal) & it does pick up some weird feedback when around certain objects such as fans, refrigerators, etc. Overall, I'm hearing better than ever & happy I didn't spend $500 plus on another brand! P.S. It's pretty small but not invisible....

Good while it lasted
I found the product easy to use and effective but it only lasted 90 days. Not sure whether I'll purchase another.

Works well, makes everything louder. Start with small volume and gradually increase as your brain and ears adjust to hearing things again.

Dont waste your time
Horrible squealing. Can’t even get the thing close to my ear. People on the other side of the house heard the noise. No way I’m taking a chance with this and blow out an eardrum. Returned both pieces.
