Great value and I found another purpose :)
I just started composting a couple months ago, been putting everything in a tupperware containrer but very happy I purchased this. I like how the can comes out to dump. So when I unpacked it last night I was showing the other half my Amazon purchase, we just moved in together and he smokes. :( Last week I made some butt pots out of coffee containers but I don't like them so when I opened this it hit me.......butt pots!! I popped out the filter and they even fit through the tiny holes. Viola.....I just ordered more to put outside. Two problems solved at a great price :)Very happy with my purchase!!

Great look but handle needs to move
Love the look of this compost bin. Makes a big difference in the look of our kutccvhen compared to the off white plastic bin we had. I just wish the metal handle for the inner bucket were on the outside of the lip. It should be outside so food doesn't touch it while filling or emptying the bin. Because it's inside the lip it gets messy with food.

El espacio entre el contenedor y el aluminio exterior le quita bastante lugar para más residuos. Lo bueno es que el filtro funciona bien y cero olores

Excellent compost bin
I was looking for a good compost bin, on Amazon, and I came up with this one.It is excellent, specially for the price, very sturdy,looks great in my kitchen,and easy to clean,I found out a lot of compost bins are just cheap plastic, but this one is made of Metal.

El modelo me encanto, tiene cubeta doble y es de buen tamaño. Lo ocupo solo para meter cáscara de plátano y cascarón de huevo. Sin embargo aparecen los mosquitos . Parece que el filtro no ayuda mucho
