Good Cleats. Terrible Screws.
As it says, the cleats are good value but the brass plated cr*p screws snapped as soon as I tried to screw them in. Turns out they are the same as a Chocolate Tea Pot. Looks good but not for what is intended. If you have suitable decent screws knocking about as I did then the cleats are good.
