Really happy with this Vitamin K2 supplement! The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that it supports bone and heart health. I’ve been taking it along with vitamin D, and it feels like a great combo. The quality is excellent, and there’s no aftertaste or stomach upset. Definitely a supplement I’ll keep using it is also one of the cheapest options which is really nice especially with its effectiveness. Note this does not help you sleep I don't know why you'd take VitaminK for sleeping but If you take vitamin D you must take vitamin K2.

To be perfectly honest, these were bought for my grandson who actually had them on his Christmas list. He is by nature a 20 yr old with a specific personality who only ever eats drinks or uses the best supplements for his body. Hopefully he has requested these for value for money, quality and effectiveness. The vitamin content will have been high on his priority list, although taste would have not been to important to him. He has said he is more than happy either them, he has bought them in the past for himself.

Good quality, definitely worth the money and does help with your health as I also take Vit D3 to compliment it

as said, these aren't the smallest capsules but, they go down well with a large gulp of water (or tea as I prefer), I've been taking K1 and K2 for a long time now, and recently ran out hence buying this brand which I don't normally buy, I'd been without K2 for a few days and when I began taking these I felt the change immediately. You just do when something is missing in your diet and your body craves it. This was the case here, I just felt my body grabbing on and using the supplement, within two days I felt much more centred and physically happier. which probably sounds like hippy mumbo jumbo, but you just know when your body is happy or not. a weekend bender leaves you with unhappy body, flu or mild Covid leaves you with unhappy body. Getting the right supplements leads to happy body and you feel that as a sort of buzz, when the balance is right you're just buzzing, and that's how these have made me feel. Your results may differ, but you may already be getting K vitamins in your diet. I'm clearly not. Anyway these were easy to take, the pouch is great and seals well between use, the capsules have remained fresh and not softened, the product is decent and has an effect for those who need it, and the price seems fair. I think these K capsules are actually better than the last ones I was taking so I'm probably going to be buying these again.

i take this because i take d3. K2 draws calcium deposits back into the places it should be, preventing it from going where it shouldn't, like collecting on boney joints. I had it collecting on my hand knuckles, which looked larger making them uncomfortable. That changed after taking K2. My hands were often very stiff and sore before. It has other functions regarding D3, but must always be taken with d3 supplements for the d3 to work and be absorbed properly.

Ich nehme es wegen hoher D3 Einnahme; 1-2 Kps K2 daily da K2 nur eine Halbwertzeit von 1-2 Tagen hat und ich ungern in eine Hypercalciamie rutschen möchte. Dazu Mg 8-fach, soll die Resorption D3/K2 verbessern. Vorsicht bei erhöhter Einnahme wenn man Gerinnungshemmer nimmt !!!

Sehr gute Qualität. Ich nehme es zusammen mit etwas Öl und Vitamin D gegen Arterienverkalkung kurmässig ein.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mega, und es hat mir besonders gut bei Calcium- Blutspiegel zu regeln.
