I think that it would. I'm usually a 2x but getting a size bigger in this makes a better flow I think. And the girls don't matter too much with this article of clothing thankfully.

I wear a xl but I got a xl and another one a 2x to be sure I had enough room for the thicker shirts that I wear sometimes.

Q: Is this in usa sizes or asian sizes?

The sizes are accurate American sizes. I've got 4 of these in different colors and bought from a 2x-4x. I love all 4, they fit great.
