Spot Treatment - Apply 1 (one) drop of this essential blend to your finger and apply beneath the nose, around frontal and maxillary sinus cavities. Body Lotion - Add 2-3 drops of this essential Oil to a half teaspoon of carrier lotion and apply to chest and upper back area, throat and feet. Facial Lotion - Add 1-2 drops of the blend to a small amount of facial moisturizer and apply to the face, focusing on the cheeks, nose and temples. Whole Body Bath - Add 8 drops of this blend to a bathtub of warm water. Allow the oil to disperse before entering bath. Soak for 10-15 minutes. Diffuse - Following device’s instructions, add water and recommended amount of essential oil to the diffuser. Turn the device on and set the desired time. Steam Inhalation - Add 3-5 drops of this essential blend to a mug of hot water. Cup hands around the mug and lean over, allowing the steam to make direct contact with mouth and nose.
