Our box arrived damaged a few pieces missing. Not the sellers fault. We contacted them and they graciously and promptly sent the pieces. We are very happy with the product. It is sturdy and will hold a lot of towels. Very happy with the product.

The towel rack is great. The included rubber mallet smells like mothballs and may be toxic to humans and pets. We looked at other reviews before purchase that talked about the strong odor. They are correct. We removed the dipped wood handle and rubber mallet head from the package and disposed of them. The smell went with them. We also wiped down all the parts with a household cleaner and that eliminated the foul odor issue. Love the towel rack but don't trust things from China that smell bad.

The media could not be loaded.  It was bigger than I needed, so I had to put in in a different area, but other than that, it’s a great product made with quality materials, sturdy, easy to assemble and can hold floaters as well as towels.. Came in later that promised date but still in time for the pool party.

Product delivered with many missing parts and also parts that didn't belong to the unit. It was also filthy. The fittings were a very different color white. Unusable and ended up in the garbage.

Box arrived torn up, you can tell wasn’t in good shape to begin with. Nothing was bagged, missing pieces. Had to request a new one. I have several rolling pool toy carts, this is the only one that arrived as if it was seconds or return that was sent back out. No directions, good thing it wasn’t our first time putting this type of item together. I like the size and that it is plastic (no rust) so towels can dry out. I also liked that it was brown as it matches all my furniture and other pool storage.

I assembled this myself in about 20 minutes. I just needed my husband to tighten the pieces a little when I was done. It is very sturdy, light enough to move myself but heavy enough not to blow over. It looks exactly like the picture. We have a bunch of kids that go through a lot of towels during the summer and this is perfect. I love that there are no metal parts so I don’t have to worry about rust spots on the patio.

We use a typical sized drying rack outside for after swimming, but then when all of the bathing suits and towels get brought back inside, they end up in piles all over the house! I bought this as extra storage for all of our pool stuff, and having such a big rack as this allows us to fit all of our bags and pool floats underneath as well. It is just simple PVC pipe, and if you're smart enough to figure out how to construct it on your own, then by all means you should probably choose that cheaper route, but this was absolutely perfect for what I needed and I love the big size of it and the simplicity of putting it together!

My husband is bedridden and we needed a place to hang assorted blankets near his hospital bed. This keeps coming apart at the joints.
