I bought these to wear around the sleeves of my shorty wetsuit because the sleeves were too loose and water was getting in. By wearing these over it, water is no longer getting in when I swim.

I didn't really see much difference.

Not sure how good these might help lose fat but these seem to help reduce water retention around the arms and fingers. I’ll try the wraps with some hot cream to see if they help shape the arms.
