I purchased this to replace a style of showerhead I had been using for over a decade. That being said, I am a person who struggles with change. This is a nice shower head. I specifically got the California water saver one, because I live in southern Arizona and we also need to save water. It was easy to install; I didn't need tools and it came with plumber pipe tape. The only time I had to look at the directions was when I had an extra part I couldn't figure out (and it ended up I didn't use it because of the width of my shower pipe). Hand tightening the joints was simple enough and nothing was leaking. I've tested out the large stationary head as well as the handheld head. Both work well. My only "problems": it makes a different sound than my previous shower head (like I said, I struggle with change); it takes maybe 30 seconds to come to a full stream (probably because the large shower head has to fill with water, but it's not like I'm in the shower when I turn it on); it also takes maybe 30 seconds to stop spraying water once I turn it off (again, I'm sure all the water in the showerhead unit has to drain); and if I tip it too far vertical the top jet gets little air spurts, so I have to keep it more level. Yes, I know these are ridiculous "problems" to have with a shower head. I'm sure in time I will get used to these differences from my previous shower head. Overall, I am satisfied with this showerhead.**UPDATE** This lasted about five months before the main shower head split on its threading and I could only use the handheld. Bought a new one, different brand.

Haven’t tired showering yet have things to install so I’ll come back but easy to setup. Light weight which freaks me out but we’ll see! Wish me luck !

This was really nice in my Guest shower stall. Before, there was only one over head and it made it difficul if one didn’t want to wash their hair. This is a great solution.

- Easy to install.- A little nervous about the plastic durability, but likely standard for this price range.- Very flexible in usage. Large head swivels and mount for handheld rotates up and down.- Handheld, which I will use the most, has pause mode which can be used without losing water temperature setting. Likely to only use default mode otherwise, but having choices will be nice when cleaning shower.- Hose is plenty long.Got lucky. After doing reviews and finding AquaDance among others recommended on the 5 trusted sites I reviewed, this combo model was on lightening sale for 15 more minutes :)

Worked great and really liked it until I adjusted the main shower head to angle it and it broke right off.

I love everything about this shower head. From the dual heads to the hose being flexible. From all the water settings to the value of it. There’s no water leaks. Simple to install. Bought an overpriced one from Lowes and it was awful! It leaked and the hose wasn’t flexible. Returned it and ordered this one from amazon and I am so very pleased!!!

This is the best showerhead I've had in 64 years. Great price. Easy to install after I watched a YouTube video on how to install. Hand tighten only needed. I took the water flow restriction device out and the pressure is incredible. Instructions on how to do this was in the box with the product. Would purchase again and again.
