Do these lights need additional trim ?

Dear customer, Our lights do not need additional trim, the maximum diameter of this lamp is 7.3 inches, and the 6-inch opening can be completely covered.

can i put these on an on off switch

Do they come individually wrapped in the box or just thrown all together so they get scratched?

Anyone know why they flicker? Had some retrofit lights from another brand that did not flicker. These only flicker when fully lit, not when dimmed
