It’s a beautiful necklace just as pictured. Came in a beautiful packaging perfect for gifting(in a box). With just 2 reviews at the time I purchased I was skeptical but it did not disappoint. Purchased another one with different name from another vendor with 2000+ reviews but this one was a better purchase considering packaging.

I'm sure I would have loved the chain witch is why I made the purchase.ive been wanting a personalized chain like this for years, finally decided to order one and I did. Orderd may 4th with same Day delivery I was so excited and anxious I kept checking outside my apartment door to see if it had arrived. And nothing absolutely nothing I didn't receive my order and it is now may 13th. The most nerve wrecking part is that my order was labeled as delivered when I have yet to receive what I order. Witch is the personalized name chain. I would like to know what can be done to rectify that because this wasn't the experience I was expecting when I purchased the chain. I felt helpless and upset ever since so I'm finally expressing my experience Hopefully something can be done.

The necklace arrived very fast, was nicely packaged in a little gift box with velvet inside. The necklace is of good quality and scent look or feel cheap. My daughter lost her cat Luna and this brought such a smile to her face. What a nice piece and sentiment. Highly recommend.
