Kefir Fermenter - Infuser with Handle 0.6L/20oz for homemade kefir and infusions

MICROBIOTA, iNC is not to be found anywhere. Mine didn't have the storage cap.I will know tomorrow how well this jar works. No clue about whether to cover the strainer lid or not while the milk and grains are in this jar.FIrst batch was done in a hermetically sealed jar, didn't look like it worked. I drank some, 45 min ago, and the sting is STILL in my mouth and on my tongue, thinking it worked very well with the almond milk.

Makes my morning routine so easy! Absolutely love it!

Friends into Kefir use kitchen utensils. I prefer this. It's so easy. No other items needing to be washed.
