Great Diagnostic Scanner โ Very Happy With My Purchase
Iโm very happy with my Autel MS906 MAX. It has met my expectations and has everything I was looking for in a professional diagnostic scanner. Itโs fast, easy to use, and has worked very well for the vehicles Iโve tested so far. The functions and overall performance have been great, and Autelโs customer support has also been very helpful and responsive. Overall, Iโm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE AMAZON REFUND POLICY FOR THIS EXPENSIVE PURCHASE!
I bought it because in the Amazon specifications, and Autels specifications that it would have the functionality to access and update the VIN number of several steering column related modules. The Autel documentation stated the steps to take and what features, and menu items would be available. THEY WERE NOT THERE! I contacted AUTELs tech support live and the tech even couldn't make it work. He indicated the device would not function as advertised, and would be needed to be returned. I paid 1700$ with the understanding that this device had the needed functionality for the task, and it didn't. Amazon took my payment quickly and shipped it. Now 20 days later the refund is marked as "DELAYED". I contacted Amazon support, and the person stated it could take another 30 days for my refund to be returned. I AM NOT HAPPY! If a product advertises on Amazon that the feature, and user interface will work and it doesn't that is outright FALSE ADVERTISING, and AMAZON needs to stand up for the CONSUMER!

Amazing Diagnostic Scanner
This machine works amazing. I used the Autel Scanner MaxiCOM MK808 for the past 4-5 years where it worked great. However, as time went on I needed a more robust diagnostic scanner where I purchased this Autel MaxiSYS MS906 MAX diagnostic scanner. The price was great and this outperformed my previous scanner. It is easy to use where its diagnostic capabilities are amazing.
