Great remote for android tv box.
I purchased this remote for use with both my Dolamee and Zidoo android tv boxes. I was looking for a remote with both air mouse capabilities and a qwerty keyboard and this one has both. The air mouse is very sensitive and takes some getting used to but it's much better than the remote that came with each of my devices. Also the backlight doesn't automatically turn on in dark conditions, there's a "sun" icon on the remote that you have to push. It'll take some getting used to but it's a great remote/air mouse so far.

What I was looking for with my Nvidia Shield.
Totally works for my Nvidia Shield I highly recommend. I assigned some TV buttons and it's just perfect so I can switch between TV and I also assigned volume up and down buttons. Just remember you need the air mouse off to use back button ability.

Don't buy!!!!
Absolute worst remote I have ever owned. Doesn't work if it's not held at a certain angle. I'm assuming it has a sensor in it that detects what side of the remote is facing up. Well the sensor renders this thing useless.

They work great. The light option is great
I bought 2 of them. One to replace a different brand i purchased in the past, and one for a new Android Box I placed in my bedroom. They work great. The light option is great. I recommend this to anyone.

Same issue as many people - IR learning doesnt work
The remote works fine for the air mouse function. However, like many other people I was not able to learn any of my 3 remotes to any button. I follow exactly the instructions and have a similar remote from another brand were it works just fine for all 3 remotes - returning

IR learning doesn't work
The media could not be loaded. Mine have the same issue like the others, IR doesn't learn a single key, I had the MX3pro remote works good, but only can learn 5 keys at most, try this one say it can program 40 keys, doesn't learn a single key which the MX3pro works, same remotes to learn from, returned. Wonder anyone can program the keys to work, if it does, I am willing to give it a 2nd try.update 09/25/2018:Seller keep encourage me to give this a 2nd try, so I did, cause I really want this to work, buy it again with my own money, not promotional or discount, seller send me a video link How to set the IR learning, followed the procedure to program the buttons, still doesn't work, don't get it wrong, the remote will work with it's normal function, only can't be program to learn other remote function, just want to program it able to turn on and off other AV equipment, if you don't need it to learn anything, it works very well.
