Ugly black knob omitted from picture
There is an ugly black knob on the top of the diya/deep that is not included in this picture. Without the black knob, this diya looks incomplete, as there is a screwing space on the top part. Otherwise, it looks good and is well made. The gold shine is pretty too. Just wish they had a white or red color knob, instead, to make it look more presentable. I wil post photos if I can

Unprofessional packaging
We ordered 11 of these beautiful Diya lamps as gifts to be given to friends after a Pooja at our home. All 11 boxes are damaged at the top. Now how does one gift the fragile diyas in boxes that are not in a good shape.

Unsafe and dangerous
Very disappointed, almost started fire in the house. We were in the kitchen and didn't notice that the oil run out, the metal on the lamp started burning. Dangerous item.

Melting of the plastic top
The overall look is great and looks very beautiful once you light a diya inside but the problem I faced was the top handle melted off on the first few minutes of lighting the diya. I have attached an video for reference.
