Weird question, when laid flat how long are these?

The actual hair band (part that goes around your hair) is 2 3/4" when laid flat. The little tie makes is approximately another .75" - that said, this is the best hair tie I've ever used. My daughter uses them, and she has thick hair. I use them, and I have thin hair. I love them.

Why is the small pack of 20 hair ties 9.99, when that's the same price as the 100 pcs packs? Are they different in some way?

I think it’s because it comes with the other black elastic hair ties as well. The 20 colored ones are the same as the 100 pieces

What is the material of this item? Can it be ironed if I wanted to put an iron-on decal?

Why on earth would you need to iron hair ties? They are elastic and if you ironed them I think they would melt...hope this helps!
