Ankle straps are rubbish, bands are great
The bands themselves are superb but the ankle straps are useless, as the velcro just pulls apart, totally unfit for purpose. Have had to buy more adductor straps that do work

Been using bands for 10 years these are probably the best i've ever had . Like the higher weights than most other sets. Only question is durability. Used by myself and adult son approx. 8 workouts a week so time will tell. Really like the extra material on the door accessory wish there were 2 provided. All in all very happy. Well worth the price

Have been using these for a few months now. They're great, can't even get close to using their full weight ability

I got this set as my previous set had begun to crack and break. The bands, and included accessories, are of nice quality. However, compared to my previous set (I purchased the 250# set), the bands are not anywhere near the same resistance levels. This hasn't been an issue fortunately as I have multiple bands still left over from my previous sets. I was also hoping for a higher quality band, but these appear to be of similar construction to my past sets. Time will tell how long the bands last, but at least they are working (after 3 weeks) for now.

I've had two of the bands break, at the point where they connect to the clip. This is a cheap product, I wouldn't purchase them again because they are incredibly dangerous when they break. Almost broke a mirror on the wall when the second one snapped.
