Smooth and tight
Replaced sloppy tuner in my Kmise cheapjo. Sits a bit proud in the slightly shallow neck opening but works just fine. This and the matching planetaries are worth the coin.

Excellent bit of kit
Excellent bit of kit - allowed me to resurrect my five string banjo. Took a bit of time to enlarge the tapered hole with rolled sandpaper but once the peg was in and pushed home it was better than new. Sturdy and much more accurate tuning because of the gearing.

Really nice tuner
I used this to replace the 5th string tuner on an old Silvertone banjo. The old tuner simply wouldn't hold securely, and would constantly loosen up.This went right into the hole, and boy what a difference! Easy to tune, stays in tune, and looks great!Love it!
