Directions incorrect
If you have ever put anything together the basic design of the item will lead you to the correct assembly. The cart is a bit awkward to steer if I were using it in a hotel situation where I’d want the cart to be more mobile to get out of guests way and in elevator I would make all wheels swivel not 2 fixed. Other than that very happy. I am using it in a school setting for supplying custodial closets with paper goods and chemical supplies for cleaning and collecting microfiber towels and dust mop heads for cleaning.
