Q: Can these be daisy-chained? I have an application that would need 2 in line with one another.

Since these are powered by POE, I would say no. You are limited by distance, and the amperage of the Poe injector

No, you need a poe eth to power the unit

Q: Can you plug a non-poe device into this switch? I have two devices that need internet off of this switch, and only one is a poe device.

Yes you can. The PoE standard allows for non-PoE devices to be supported, because the device negotiates with the switch how much power to provide. Having said that, I would recommend another switch. This unit that I bought lasted about 2 months before completely failing. When I replaced it, I bought this one from Octide: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BBZ8DTC9 It's been working so well that I bought another one for a different project.
