It’s okay but I’m still looking for a passion fruit extract with enough potency to induce sleep. There are no dosage guidelines on the bottle.

While I don’t know how effective this is I ordered it because I know that Passion Flower has been beneficial to me, upon receiving it, I opened and tasted it. It may be my taste buds but I greatly disliked the way it tasted to me. Based on that alone, I will not order this again. I’m used to medicne not tasting good but it was terrible with a plastic bottle aftertaste that I don’t care to taste again if I have a choice.
