Class 6 card outperforms many name-brand Class 10 cards when it counts
This card is rated as a Class 6 microSD card, but in my testing on actual Raspberry Pis (B+, A+, and model 2 B), it actually ran faster for large file writes, and even 4K random reads and writes than most of the non-premium brands! It beat the Transcend 300x premium card, PNY Turbo, Toshiba, Sony, and Kingston Class 10 cards. For $10, this is a great starter microSD, since you don't even have to learn to flash the OS to a microSD card (something Raspberry Pi veterans get used to fast :). Note that as of December 2015, the card I got still had an older copy of Raspbian Wheezy (and not Jessie), which means this current batch (version 1.4) was from some time mid-2015.

Great for new users.
This card lets you pick what OS to install. There are 4 different images on the card, as well as an install program that lets you pick what OS you want to install, and installs it on the card. Be aware that this process wipes the other ones off the card, so you can not go back and pick another one. You have to get it right the first time. You could make an image of the card, then restore it to install a different OS. But you would be just as well off to download the image, and flash your own card if you have the skill to flash the card in the first place. I have the skill, but I still consider this card a good deal.

24/7 for 2 Years in a Controller
Cool nifty little card, comes preloaded with an OS to make setup simple. Purchased this card along with a Ras Pi 2 a few years back to create a controller for my Bitcoin mining rigs. I ended up just selling the machines off in the end when it became less efficient as they became harder to mine. However this SD card ran with my controller 24/7 for almost 2 years. Rebooted 3-4 times if that, and ran it on its own UPS to make sure no power surges or issues would occur. Overall, simple SD card preloaded with NOOBS, easy to setup, and last longer than I expected. Would buy again.

No Problem!
Loaded as advertised.I'm new to the Raspberry Pi world & simply love this critter. I can see why the Brits have built practically a cult around this thing!Minor hiccup: The loading procedure did stop about 3/4's (?) of the way through & everything just froze. IPowered down and restarted, the load procedure restarted & completed the second time. Not sure what happened, maybe it was supposed to do that, kinda threw me for a loop. Not a big deal. All the content seems to be there, all utilities worked as advertised. As an aside: many books & articles dealing with Raspberry Pi warn you not to hang a bunch of power-hungry devices on the board's USB ports. Get a powered USB hub & plug everything into that. You R-Pi can act a little strange if it gets starved for power.

Great way to skip some headache!
Purchased this in September 2016, it worked great. The Noobs configuration was up to date and actually matched the same release that was on the Raspberry Pi site at that time. A standard 8GB microSD card was selling for only $3 less and that cost allowed me to have a plug and play experience with the Raspberry Pi 3.I've used multiple other microSDs since this and gone through the effort of downloading images, flashing them to the SD, and then loading it on the Pi and can say that even knowing what you are doing this still takes a few minutes, especially when you consider the waiting time to download a >1GB file.

Preloaded?
I was expecting this card to be preloaded with NOOBS. Actually, it was loaded with raspbian. Even though I wanted raspbian, I would have preferred NOOBS so that while raspbian was installing, I could have let the heat sinks do their stuff. Great card, but I had a hard time getting it out of the adapter. But, no programming errors, worked perfectly.

SD Card Works, Software Doesn't
My review is the same as the others. This item did not work out of the box. It is loaded with old software and wouldn't boot. I had to search out the correct software and load it myself so the idea of saving time by buying this preloaded SD card didn't really work out. It's an 8GB SD card and it works, that's about it. You might as well buy one from WalMart and load it yourself because you're going to have to load it either way.

Card is fine, software may be outdated
The SD card was fine, but the preloaded software was from 2013 and not compatible with the Pi B+ that I bought at the same time (Nov, 2014). The installer would display options, but did not respond to either the mouse or the keyboard in any USB port.Using another computer, I backed up the preloaded disk image just in case, then downloaded a current image of Raspbian (bypassing the installer), replaced the SD card in my Pi and it booted up and recognized the USB mouse and keyboard.
