The lights themselves are nice and look well made BUT the wire connectors are shocking (literally) - there is a lot of exposed metal on, they are not IP2x so you can get an electric shock off them! They don't grip solid strand cables very well and not possible to at all to insert 2x cables so loop in - loop out can't be achieved (one cable will easily pull out if tried)So fit some decent connector blocks or junction boxes to the short tails and you've got yourself a decent and cheap light but honestly, do yourself a favour and throw those spring connectors in the bin where they belong! They are not safe and I don't think they are even legal in the UK because they are not IP2x

They look lovely and bright but one of the units didn't work. Fortunately I only needed 8 so now I only have 1 spare

These are very low depth down lights which , in my case , fitted into a very small void above the ceiling .The colour is uniform and a perfect daylight hue .They only get warm , not hot .Only wish they were fire rated , although they are fully enclosed metal at the back .All said , I’m very happy with them and have replaced most of the old gu10 down lights in my house with them .

Light are really good very bright
