I had a tens machine before and needed a new one. This one has many different types of therapy. Still have to try out some. Works greary, charges fast, and my favorite this about this machine is that is small and it’s my favorite color

I pulled a muscle in my lower back and bought this device to help with recovery but it only made my muscle pull turn into a muscle tear. I had the device set to level 6 for about 10 minutes and one of the plugs came out of the pads when I moved so I plugged it back (while the device was still going and setting remain untouched) and I got the shock of a life. The intensity of the shock I received after just after plugging the device back into one single pad hurt me worse then the actual muscle pull. This is a major problem with the device and is careless that they let this be produced while the item is clearly defective. The plugs are extremely easy to come out making it a hassle if the pads are on your back because you will have trouble reaching them unless you take them off and start over again. Again I cannot emphasize how painful the shock I received was. I’m a grown man and I work in the trades all day everyday and I screamed out in pain and my injury had been made WORSE.

I have a lot of neck pain and pressure as well as tense back muscles and the relief this gave me was so nice. I love that it came with an acupuncture pressure points diagram to refer to as well as a booklet that explains what each mode helps with, which makes it extremely easy to use. The pads also have great adhesion so they stayed put the entire time. I have another unit that is older and the pads for it can only be used once which started to get expensive. These pads I am able to reuse and it doesn't leave any sticky residue on my skin. I definitely love this unit.

My Qocum is almost 1 year old and by far my favorite. Ease of operation is one thing, just set the time and strength and it is good to go, can be worn under clothes just tuck in the extra wiring. I have worn this while driving to the Chiropractor and has saved me a lot of money.I have just started having problems with the intensity bars on before I have done all the settings 2 on the A side and 1 on the B side which is about midway on the intensity adjuster.Not sure what to do about that. Would Definity buy another one. Would like to add contacted company and new tens machine arrived within 2 days, that's what I call service thanks
