I tried the Elk Summer Sausage on it's own 1st I was so pleased with the flavor & quality I returned for the trio sampler pack.By rating of personal preference - character profiling, flavor & texture:1. Buffalo2. Elk3. VenisonI dare say that the Elk and Venison are most similar to each other with the exception that the Elk flavor note has a slightly more robust and distinctive profile.Buffalo stands out as the very best from my own personal preference as it's an outstanding tangy fresh & delicious Summer Sausage hands down! I'll be sure to buy the Buffalo variant individually next time.

they are extremely excellent and their customer service is amazing I had received 1 of the 3 with a shipping defect and they sent me another with some extra goodies

Not a big fan of the flavors. The meat is good but I was wishing for a richer taste.Good to have in a power outage or camping.

I really liked the elk and the 'buffalo', but I did NOT like the venison. However, my family loved it.Gonna order some more! I highly recommend!

12 year old son wanted to try a game-based product, He found pork and fillers in these. Fillers, well o.k. Pork was unexpected, be aware of this if you have pork-concerns.

These make great gifts for outdoor dads or husbands, some stores have them but if you are not close to a sportsmans warehouse, cables, or bass pro shop this is the easiest alternative!
